This position is a customer-facing implementation project management and implementation role. You will work with clients and partners and will be ultimately responsible for delivering new implementations on-time and on-budget. Scoping, configuring and testing workflows effectively. The Project/Implementation Manager will create an implementation project plan, manage master schedules, while proactively communicating milestones both internally and externally throughout the project. This is a hands-on role in which you will be not only be expected to both manage project milestones with the customer, but also execute configurations independently within our software tooling without delegation.

As Data Processor, you will be part of the Ezwim Operations team based in Amsterdam responsible for onboarding and supporting new and existing customers in the Netherlands and internationally. In this role you will interact with customers, partners, vendors and with colleagues from all Ezwim departments.
This Account Management position is an exciting role which is primarily focused at retaining, cross- and upselling to existing Ezwim customers and partners. To be successful in this role, you will have great customer facing skills, a good knowledge of telecom services and products (mostly mobile) and experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
