This Account Management position is an exciting role which is primarily focused at retaining, cross- and upselling to existing Ezwim customers and partners. To be successful in this role, you will have great customer facing skills, a good knowledge of telecom services and products (mostly mobile) and experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.

We are looking for a self-starting individual who has knowledge of telecom services and who can deliver against set sales targets. Previous Telecom Expense Management or BSS (Business Support System) experience and working in SaaS based environments is a big plus. Clear and confident communications skills are required for telephone, written and face-to-face business settings. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. A can do mentality is key to your success, working in an scale-up venture requires you to be flexible and entrepreneurial.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell new solutions and manage service delivery. You should expect to work with a variety of customers, ranging from telecom resellers to mobile operators and global enterprises
  • Provide daily commercial and operational account support
  • Prepare and deliver online demonstrations of the Ezwim solution to customers and prospects
  • Actively share your TEM value and knowledge with customers, partner and/or colleagues
  • Consult with customers and partners to identify their strategic and commercial mobility objectives and translate those into Ezwim opportunities
  • Be the customers advocate and sponsor inside Ezwim
  • Own a set of Ezwim customers and deliver against a sales & retention target

 

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a sales or account management role
  • Proven achievements with sales & retention targets
  • Previous experience in working with SaaS based b2b solutions
  • Independent, hands-on worker with good communication skills on management level
  • Ideally, you have knowledge about the TEM and/or BSS industry including products/services and processes
  • Ability to work on an ad hoc basis when situations change and able to switch fast between tasks
  • Ability to spot commercial business opportunities and act accordingly
  • Passion for sales by working closely together with customers
  • Professional speaking and fluent writing abilities in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of the Telecom industry including products/services and processes
  • Comfortable working with an International team and Global customers
  • A fast-learner who loves technology
  • Comfortable in working with numbers and data analysis
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for work
